You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a purchase. You are responsible for ensuring that you are legally permitted to use our services under the laws applicable to you.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login credentials secure, preventing unauthorized access to your account, and informing Toolminia if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must not knowingly share account credentials with unauthorized individuals when doing so violates the terms of the purchased service. Toolminia may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions of our digital products and subscriptions. Before purchasing, customers should review the product description, subscription duration, features, activation or delivery method, and any product-specific conditions.

Some products may be provided through third-party platforms or services. Where applicable, additional terms from those third parties may also apply.

After successful payment verification, Toolminia will provide the purchased digital product or subscription according to the delivery method specified on the relevant product page. Delivery may occur through a customer account, email, activation information, subscription credentials, or other digital delivery methods.

Delivery and activation times may vary depending on the product and payment verification process.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the subscription period will begin when the subscription is successfully activated. The subscription will remain active until its stated expiry date.

Where a subscription is eligible for renewal, Toolminia may provide a renewal option. Where recurring or automatic billing is offered, the applicable renewal terms will be displayed before or during purchase.

Customers are responsible for reviewing renewal information and cancelling recurring services when they no longer wish to continue, where cancellation functionality is available.

Customers agree to provide valid and accurate payment information. Toolminia may use third-party payment providers to process payments.

A purchase may remain pending until payment has been successfully verified. Toolminia may delay activation, reject, or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified or where a transaction appears fraudulent or unauthorized.

Toolminia may use automated payment-verification processes to confirm payment status and subscription eligibility.

For subscriptions requiring renewal or payment verification, a payment-status check may be performed around the relevant renewal period. A successful payment verification does not change the original subscription terms unless a renewal is successfully completed.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Toolminia Refund & Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 working days. The time required for funds to appear in the customer's original payment method may depend on the relevant payment provider or financial institution.

When using Toolminia, you agree that you will not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Circumvent security measures
• Use fraudulent payment methods
• Submit false or misleading information
• Abuse refund processes
• Resell, redistribute, or share digital products where prohibited

Toolminia does not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their continued availability, features, pricing, or policies. If a third-party provider changes, suspends, or discontinues a service, Toolminia will make reasonable efforts to assist customers where appropriate.

Toolminia reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, unauthorized account sharing, abuse of a subscription, payment fraud or chargeback abuse, attempts to bypass access restrictions, or violation of these Terms. Where appropriate, Toolminia may investigate the matter before taking action.

The Toolminia website, including its branding, design, text, graphics, logos, and original content, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Toolminia's original content without appropriate authorization. Third-party trademarks, software names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

We aim to keep Toolminia available and functioning reliably. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, or that all services will remain available at all times. Maintenance, technical problems, security incidents, or third-party outages may temporarily affect availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Toolminia will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of Toolminia, violation of these Terms, or misuse of our services.
